Get out with the core.
One objective at a time. Read the guard, use cover, power the relay, then make your escape.
A SHORT HEIST. A SHARED STORY.
Power the Iris. Take the core. Escape on a lightcycle. Your run becomes artwork—and a challenge someone else can answer.

THE PROBLEM WE ARE WORKING ON
We want players to enjoy a web game without first learning wallets, gas or NFTs. And when a run is worth remembering, we want it to be easy to keep, share and answer.
NEON connects a short, playable challenge to personal artwork, a public run record and an optional collectible. The museum brings those player histories back into the game.
ACTUAL BROWSER FOOTAGE
The featured route, escape and walkable museum in one continuous development recording.
Scripted test input, visibly labelled. This is a prototype demonstration, not a human playtest. Animation and gameplay polish remain in progress.

ONE SIMPLE JOURNEY
One objective at a time. Read the guard, use cover, power the relay, then make your escape.
Save the artwork made from your run. A downloaded image is a souvenir; it does not require an NFT.
Register a run and share its challenge. Your friend's response follows the same rules and links back to yours.
Optionally mint an eligible run collectible. The collectors' wing checks your wallet when you return.
Registration, challenges, minting and ownership checks have local-chain test evidence. Public Monad deployment is pending.
Monad's sub-second finality is a useful foundation for short game sessions: register a result, claim a collectible and get back to playing. EVM compatibility lets us use familiar contracts and wallets.
Monad's current documentation lists 300 ms blocks and 600 ms finality. These are network specifications, not measured NEON transaction times. Read the official documentation ↗
Writes a public record and, for a response, a link to the original challenge.
Records ownership of an eligible registered-run NFT in the player's wallet.
The museum checks the wallet. Walking through a door does not require a new paid transaction.
Movement, shooting and artwork downloads stay offchain. NEON is not a fully onchain game. Public records establish provenance; they do not by themselves prove that gameplay was cheat-free.
MONAD METROPOLIS / SOCIAL, ATTENTION & CULTURE
The social feature is the connection between runs: one player creates a challenge, another answers it, and their artifacts join a collection. The goal is an invitation that becomes another play session.
The game runs in Unity WebGL. A relay accepts run submissions; contracts store the linked run records and optional collectibles. Relay acceptance is not a trustless anti-cheat proof. Tests so far use local chain 31337, not Monad. No public-network speed or adoption claim is made.
Current collectible: one NEON MARK per eligible registered run. Its metadata image is a run badge; the full signature artwork is rendered separately from recorded art data. Registration and minting are distinct actions.
Four earned museum tiers based on cumulative achievements are a future design. NFT ammunition or speed advantages are not part of the ranked prototype.
Independent entry by Raku Studio. Category fit is our product rationale; player adoption remains unvalidated. About the hackathon ↗
